John 15:13

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.

Psalms 23:5,6

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Revelation 19:7

Let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the Lamb has come, and his bride has made herself ready.

Psalms 32:8

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye

Psalms 121:3~4

A Phone Moment With My 3 Year Old Niece

We get to learn a lot from observing children. A better part of my peers have reached a stage of life where they are, toiling at nursing toddlers and raising up little tots. Between the sweating and laughing at their pranks, having a closer look at it, can give you a clearer idea of how far we are from the kingdom of heaven.

Surprised! Here is a verse from the bible that can support it: Matthew 18:2,5 -  He called a child, whom he put among them,  and said, "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.  Whoever becomes humble like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.  Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me."

As for our family, we are in submission and waiting for God's perfect timing to be gifted a tiny one. Graciously, we have a heaven-sent niece whom we love and adore. There isn't a sad moment that hasn't been wiped away, by recalling her mischief's.

The Best Is Yet To Come !!

It just awes me, on how Jesus keeps reminding me to ‘Just Chill’.

It was this terrible week that worry started taking me over. I was almost at the verge of giving up. To most out there, that’s certainly not the right spot to be. But God graciously, those moments does click for me. The moment when striving cease and I stop leaning on my own ways and understanding. The point where I give up and release it into His hands, God takes over the whole mess that I am. It reminds me of (John 2:3), when the wedding wine case was handed over to Jesus.

Though the hardest part may seem to be patient, to watch Him work out the mess for us in His own time; Just as Jesus said to Mary in (John 2:4), WAIT.

As we remain silent in full obedience to his words watching him unfold the mess, we will be overwhelmed with the fruit of what we released into His care. As the servants at the wedding were submitted and obedient to His orders (John 2: 5,7), they were able to witness the grace with how Jesus unfolded their situation (John 2:9p).  Waiting upon the Lord does seem to be difficult but it would be a loss to fail to see what He is doing about your mess while we sit and fret; an utter failure to miss out the warmth of being in His care and the joy of resting in Him.

Oh!! What a loss for that master of the banquet to miss out on my Master’s miracle. Father, teach me to wait upon you; to never let slip any of your wondrous works in my life and to know the depth that’s beyond getting what we ask for.

In due time, we shall hear our treasured dreams whisper “You Have Saved the Best Till Now.” (John 2:10).

They did so, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”

Psst…guess what...The wedding at Cana is the first miracle of Jesus (John 2:11)…Yes…tHE bEST iS yET tO cOME….

Share with us: Have you a message out of your mess?  How hard has it been to wait patiently on the Lord to work out the mess?

What Faith Can Do !!

Eyes shut tight...
a heavy breath...
a deeper look inside...
flashes of despair and worthlessness...
Empty..lost and broken within..
Stuck in the dark and no way out.

Here is something ..that can help you..keep going.

Everybody falls sometimes
Gotta find the strength to rise
From the ashes and make a new beginning
Anyone can feel the ache
You think it’s more than you can take
But you're stronger, stronger than you know

Don’t you give up now
The sun will soon be shining
You gotta face the clouds
To find the silver lining

I’ve seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesn’t ever end
Even when the sky is falling
I’ve seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new

That’s what faith can do

It doesn’t matter what you’ve heard
Impossible is not a word
It’s just a reason for someone not to try
Everybody’s scared to death
When they decide to take that step
Out on the water
It’ll be alright

Life is so much more
Than what your eyes are seeing
You will find your way
If you keep believing

I’ve seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesn’t ever end
Even when the sky is falling
I’ve seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new

That’s what faith can do

Overcome the odds
You don't have a chance
(That’s what faith can do)
When the world says you can’t
It’ll tell you that you can!

I’ve seen dreams that move the mountains
Hope that doesn’t ever end
Even when the sky is falling
And I’ve seen miracles just happen
Silent prayers get answered
Broken hearts become brand new
That’s what faith can do

That's what faith can do!

     Even if you fall sometime
You will have the strength to rise.

The Right Person Myth - Pr. Andy Stanley

"I want to cast a vision on something our society does a lousy job of honestly", said Pr. Andy Stanley. Our culture highlights all the trouble, all the drama, all the affairs and all the junk about marriage. Do not believe for a minute that any of that reflects reality. That does not have to be your future."

WELCOME !! The Heart And Crown Promise

A great welcome to all the visitors of my blog!! I am excited to start blogging and here marks the beginning of my virtual ministry.

When I look back, it wonders me, at how my Master has guided me in setting up a space for Him. And thus, I believe and claim in Jesus name, that He will also work in your hearts at levels beyond.

It took me a while to come up with the whole blog setup, specially deciding on the logo. After having finally fixed and put up the logo on the page, what really took me by surprise was what I found in Google about the 'heart and crown design'. Something that really filled me with the warmth of His love.. completely sweeping me off my feet.

Google says so:

*It is usually identified as having two hands holding the heart on either side. This is whats called a Claddah design. It was first used in early Irish traditional jewelry.
*The crown represents the kingdom in which a prince resided. <Jesus.. is my prince>
*The heart represent the friendship that he shared with a lonely pauper <You and me> who was his best friend.
*The hands represent each of their hands holding the heart to represent the friendship together and the crown to share the kingdom (John 14:2).
Usually a ring like this  is a token of love and worn as a wedding ring with the motto: "This is my heart which I give to you crowned with my love."

The design shouts out exactly our promise - John 14: “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you?And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.You know the way to the place where I am going.”
Revelation 21: 2
So here embark on your journey. Let him captivate you until He comes to get His bride. Till then lets make ourselves ready.

P.S: Am still working on the page design. Techies out there, drop in some help. Please. Do let me know what you think about the blog as well.
